FALL BALL
Fall Ball is an 8-week program that begins in August and leads to the tryouts for our u11-14s Girls National and Area teams.
The program is designed for players to continue to train on fundamentals and compete similarly to our travel teams.
Coaches will divide the girls into groups of 12-14 to train and the groups will compete against each other during practice sessions.
Skills include Serve & Pass, Attacking, Setting, playing in transition, and First Contact.
