WHAT:
6x 60-min sessions
30-40 mins of individual, repetition-heavy, positional-specific training.
20-30 mins of small grouped training incorporating multiple touches and game like scenarios.

WHO:
Girls entering into the u15-18s age groups
This series of clinics is NOT intended for beginners.
Players should have 2+ years of club training.

*Single sessions and Drop-ins are not recommended, however, we do understand the summer season is extremely packed.
