6x 60-min sessions
60 mins of individual, repetition-heavy, positional-specific training
WHO:
Girls entering into the u11-14 age groups.
This series of clinics is NOT intended for beginners.
Players should have 2+ years of club training.

*Single sessions and Drop-ins are not recommended, however, we do understand the summer season is extremely packed.
